BNC series (Bayonet Neil Concelman) are the most popular connector series, because of their simplicity connection-disconnection by bayonet system.
They have many applications: measurement instruments, data communications, safety systems, broadcast, radio systems,….as many 50 Ω as 75 Ω.
Both of them can be interconnected. It can be used over 4 GHz, for 50 Ω version and over 1.5 GHz for 75 Ω., reaching very good VSWR results.
